Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from the Black N White zine store, you have agreed upon and understand the following:
General Info:
- Black N White preorders are open from February 7 to March 14. By purchasing any items from our store, you are acknowledging that you are purchasing preorder items, meaning that product fulfillment will not take place until after production is complete.
- Shipping is expected to take place July 2026, but that is subject to change due to possible delays related to production.
- Updates regarding production and shipping will be posted on our Bluesky (@faezines) and Instagram (@faezines) accounts.
- Digital goods will be distributed once product fulfillment begins, and will be sent to the email provided at check-out.
- All images shown in this store are mock-ups and are for illustrative purposes only. Final products may differ slightly from their mock-ups.
Buyer Agreement:
- Any digital items must not be distributed to others and must not be printed.
- You understand you can not hold zine moderators or creators accountable if there are any repercussions for not heeding the purchaser guidelines.
- Reselling must be at equal or lesser value than originally purchased; they are for personal use only.
- Once the item leaves our hands, we are no longer responsible for it.
- We are not responsible for any customs, import, or VAT fees imposed on the package.
Shipping Information:
- Orders are estimated to be shipped July 2026. However, be aware that due to production times, shipping may be delayed.
- Orders will be shipped from the United States.
- All orders come with tracking numbers. Tracking is covered domestically, and may be limited internationally depending on your country's postal service.
- Expected arrival of international shipping is typically 3-5 weeks after shipment.
- If your parcel is sent back to us due to not picking up your parcel from the post office, you will be required to pay shipping again.
- We are not responsible for shipping to the wrong address if that is what you have given us, so please make sure it is the right address.
- If your shipping address changes before your order has shipped, please contact us through the contact page with your name, email, order number, and new shipping address.
- We can not ship to any suspended locations listed here.
Refund Policy and Returns:
- Order cancellations can only be accepted before a tracking number is created for your order. We can not make any cancellations after this tracking number is created.
- We can not refund or replace packages that have been shipped to the wrong address unless the moderators have made a mistake with the address (i.e. the address given by the buyer does not match up with the address used to mail the package). In this case, we can either send a replacement package or issue a refund.
- We can not refund or replace your order if items are stolen after delivery.
- We are not responsible for unclaimed or undelivered packages. If the package gets returned to us, we can reship them if the buyer covers the shipping costs.
- We can not refund for packages damaged during shipping or after use. All orders are checked for quality prior to shipping. However, if you contact us, we can try to get damaged items replaced if we have stock. The buyer is responsible for paying shipping in this case.
- If items are missing, please email us with a video of you opening the package and looking through the items, and we will try our best to resend the missing items if we have stock. If we are out of stock of that item, we will issue you a refund for the cost of that item.
- There are no returns allowed for digital products once received.
- If the buyer wishes to return any physical items for any reason, they may. If the item is in good condition without damage, we will issue a refund. The buyer will need to pay for shipping.
Group Orders disclaimer: Black N White will not be held liable in the instance of any issues occurring between the Group Order Manager (GOM) and participants of the GO.
FAQ
How long will preorder sales last?
Preorders will open on February 7th, 2026 and end on March 14th, 2026.
Where are the profits going?
This zine is a for-charity project, so all profits made will be donated to our selected charity, Rainforest Trust.
Where are you shipping from?
The moderator in charge of shipping is based in the United States and will be shipping from there.
Allergen warning, please note: Orders will be packaged in an environment with cats.
Are you shipping internationally?
Yes, we will be shipping worldwide with the exception of any suspended locations listed here. For all countries, please note that extra costs may be incurred by your country's customs. We will not be responsible for these extra costs.
Will there be tracking?
There will be tracking on all orders. Some countries do not support updated tracking outside of the USA. You may check the list of countries with full tracking here.
When will you ship out the items?
Items will be shipped out ASAP after the order has been placed. However, our production mod will have periods of time during leftover sales that they will not be available to ship items out. Because of this, shipping may be delayed. Please keep this in mind when ordering. The latest items will ship out is the beginning of November, 2023, after leftover sales close and our production mod has full availibility.
Digital items will be emailed out as orders are placed. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive the email with your digital items. If you don't receive an email after 24 hours, please contact us!
Will I be able to change my address?
If you need to request a change, please use our contact page with the following information:
- your order number,
- your previous address,
- and the new address.
A confirmation email will be sent when we have updated it. We will be able to change an address up until a tracking number is created for your order. If you contact us after this, we can not guarantee address changes as the product may have already shipped.
Do you offer refunds?
Please see the Refund Policy and Returns section in the Terms & Conditions above. For a quick overview:
- We can replace/refund items if there is an error due to an oversight on our end, such as if the address on the postal label does not match the address given by the buyer or if items are missing or incorrect.
- We can not replace/refund items in the following cases: lost orders due to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer, orders generally lost in transit or unclaimed or undelivered, orders shipped to the buyer's old address if not updated by the buyer, and damaged orders during shipment or through shipping company mishandling (we may be able to replace damaged items if we have stock if the buyer pays shipping).
